What was the goal before Perfist?

Every brand from the advertising agency expects to bring its products to the right audience which is a very standard expectation. Our expectation before Perfist was that.

What benefits did Perfist bring to the brand?

Before Perfist, we worked with many advertising agencies, and they all made similar promises to us with different expressions. Over time, we saw that we lost lots of money as a result of standard advertisements, unfollowed and unconsidered actions. Moreover, they wanted a commitment to work with us for a certain period through the accounts they had established, they were only thinking of the fixed bill they would issue monthly. When we were asked why the budget could not be optimized and why it did not return to sales, we were getting very clichés such as the products are niche and the products are expensive, and the advertising budgets spent were not insignificant numbers. The budget is running out, but they notice when we say it, the data is not getting it right, but we only cared about it. It was very demoralizing to see people working under the fancy promises of agencies spending our hard-earned budgets without any empathy and thoughtlessly under standard procedures.

Even though we did not hesitate to spontaneously share even the issues that came to our minds, they never turned us down. Even though we try to approach the team’s work with respect and maintain a decent amount of communication, we may think that we disturb them too much during busy periods. However, the team is very curious and interested in every feedback they receive from us, they listen, try to understand, and take action with their touches. This, too, leads to progress, a point that we of course attach great importance to.

The perfist team is consist of experienced and professional people. Actually, we have witnessed the founder’s delicacy about the team’s qualifications in person. We are aware of the advertisements and activities that are set up are really advanced. Studies are carried out meticulously, reports are sent regularly and the whole process is very transparent. Our budget is being managed from our accounts which makes it easier for us to follow the screens instantly. We are aware of the fact that they are constantly following, the notifications and warnings they give us.
