Nowadays there are many concepts, jobs, and applications that don’t go well as they used to be. The common property is reaching their scope in the easiest and fastest way that they could. Sometimes their scopes might require some compromises or change. However, there is one thing that doesn’t change at all: Design.

Pace and function have become a must for design as in other fields as a result of the world we are living in. In this perspective, minimal designs are more vital than ever. No one even takes a glimpse at the handcrafted billboards that are made hours of work. Whether you see them as clients or as a society, the attention is becoming less. And that’s the main reason that design require much fast and simple tools.
No-Code is the visual development of the software by drag-and-drop method, especially the front end, which affects the visible part of the software and therefore is one of the areas that designers frequently work on. Tools such as Bubble and Readymag, especially Webflow, which has increased its popularity and started to work in Turkey, can be given as examples of no-code interface development tools. Some of the database tools in which the No-code method is used are; Airtable and Ninox.
The most relatable tool Webflow’s interface is quite similar to designers’ best friend Adobe Creative.

On the left side, there are tools and layers, while on the right side, the selected object’s detail and properties can be changed without code writing. Adobe Creative and Webflow have a similar appearance but to be able to use this tool, one must know CSS and HTML. It’s okay to know the basics of software as a UI Designer but everything that you learn is a huge plus for your career.
On the other hand, there are service providers such as WordPress and Wix, where we can create websites on the commercial side of this business. In fact, according to the data, WordPress is the most preferred service in site setup today.

While the drag and drop kind of components is a plus for the designer in the interface design process, system such as grid columns and div instead of layers might be rough to adjust.
In addition, being able to use it from the browser, like the new era tools, is another plus. In addition to all these, another important contribution is that we have just mentioned; time, speed and simplicity. It is a great comfort to finish the design from the browser and get the code output.
However, it is necessary to t create responsive designs with pixels suitable for the grid system.
Webflow, which is still developing, will come to a different point in the future, just as it has become this over the years. Currently, it is a very useful and logical option for a designer to prepare their own portfolio site and get the code output.
Design and technology go hand in hand. Developments in the field of No-Code or the importance of concepts such as metaverse, which is one of the recent trends, cannot be ignored in terms of design.
The No-Code method provides a benefit for every sector that has a foot in the digital field. When we look at the main idea of the method, it is impossible to be independent of the design. It may even come to an even more important place in the future, such as visualizing the software or designing infographics.
Regardless of all of these issues, we must not stray from the essence of design. Otherwise, it may affect our always mentioned roadmap and presentations in a bad way.
